The details / Updated 28 September 2026
Terms &
Conditions.
(01) Who we are
Kanna.one is operated under the business name Portami, Croatia, at I. Struge 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 74372972622. Contact us at hello@kanna.one. The full registered supplier name/form and applicable VAT treatment must be stated in your order information.
“We” means the business operating Kanna.one. “You” means the person or organisation commissioning the work. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to agree its order.
(02) Your order
While answering the questionnaire, a draft is saved between visits only if you enable that option. Continuing to Checkout sends your brief and selected files to our project system. Stripe collects payment and billing details securely. After payment is verified, your project space opens and we send your project confirmation by email.
Your order information must identify the supplier, deliverables, full price and tax treatment, payment schedule, delivery estimate and these terms. Submitting payment places a paid order for the selected package; additional or changed scope requires a separate agreement. Keep that confirmation for your records. Conflicting project-specific terms agreed in writing will take priority, without reducing mandatory rights.
(03) Scope & revisions
The website package covers up to three pages, a responsive design, basic SEO setup, a contact form, included hosting, an included kanna.one subdomain and optional connection of a customer-owned custom domain. The identity package covers the logo, typography, colour palette, basic brand rules and 3 social/profile assets. The combined package includes both. The written order must specify the final deliverables and any exclusions. The included address (for example, yourbusiness.kanna.one) is a subdomain provided by kanna.one, not a separately registered domain or ownership of kanna.one. Website and Both currently include hosting without a recurring hosting charge; this is not a promise of lifetime or unlimited hosting. Customers may connect a domain they own, with registration and renewal arranged separately.
One consolidated revision round within the agreed direction is included. A new direction, extra pages, new features or additional revision rounds require an agreed quote before work starts. We will not add chargeable work without your approval. Custom-domain registration, premium fonts, paid imagery, subscriptions, ongoing maintenance and specialist accessibility or legal audits are excluded unless expressly included.
(04) Prices & payment
Packages cost Website €599, Brand €399 and Both €849, with additional website pages at €60 each. Payment is 100% upfront. The total and applicable tax treatment must be made clear before you pay. Additional scope and third-party costs require your approval. No undisclosed charges will be added.
Stripe Checkout processes live payments. Your project opens after successful payment has been verified. Do not send card information in your brief or by email. Payments use Stripe’s secure payment flow. Invoice or payment disputes should be raised promptly with us; statutory dispute rights remain unaffected.
(05) Timing & collaboration
Delivery dates will be agreed for the particular project. Work depends on receiving the agreed payment, a complete brief, content and necessary access. Please provide one authorised contact and consolidated feedback. If inputs are late or scope changes, we will explain the impact and agree a revised schedule.
We will notify you of material delays. A project will not be treated as accepted solely because you remain silent. We will agree handover and approval in writing, including any outstanding fixes within scope.
(06) Content & ownership
You retain ownership of your existing content and grant us permission to use it to deliver your project. You must have the necessary rights to the copy, names, logos, images, fonts and other materials you supply, including permissions relating to identifiable people. Please do not provide unlawful content, passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the brief.
After full payment, we will transfer or license the rights we control in the final custom deliverables as specified in the order. Existing tools, reusable components, software, fonts and third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. We cannot transfer rights we do not own. Source files, software accounts and hosting access will be listed in the agreed handover.
We will not publish confidential project material or use your work in a portfolio without your prior written permission. Confidential material will be used only for the project and shared only where needed to deliver it, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
(07) Cancellation & refunds
For business-to-business projects, contact us as soon as you wish to cancel. Unless a different lawful arrangement is agreed in your order, charges will reflect work actually completed and previously approved, unavoidable third-party costs. We will provide a breakdown and return any remaining unused advance. Cancellation does not automatically make every payment non-refundable.
Where you buy as a consumer and applicable law provides a withdrawal right, a distance service contract normally has a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion. Request withdrawal by a clear statement to hello@kanna.one, giving your name, order reference and date. No particular wording is required.
We will start services during that period only at your express request. If you then withdraw, a proportionate payment may be due for lawful work performed. The right is lost after full performance only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgment were obtained. Applicable refunds will be made within the legal deadline, normally 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Calling work “custom” does not by itself remove your service withdrawal rights.
Where an online withdrawal function is legally required, it must be available with submission confirmation on a durable medium. That dedicated function is not currently available on this site. You can send a clear withdrawal request to hello@kanna.one; the absence of an online function does not restrict your statutory rights. See Croatia’s 2026 consumer-protection amendments.
(08) Quality & responsibility
We will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill and address defects for which we are responsible in accordance with applicable law. Please describe any issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct it.
We cannot promise a particular search ranking, sales result, conversion rate or uninterrupted operation of a third-party platform. A design service alone is not certification of legal, regulatory, trademark or sector-specific compliance. We will identify any specialist review agreed in scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses our own breach, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.
(09) Complaints & law
Send written complaints to hello@kanna.one. We will acknowledge receipt and respond to consumer written complaints within 15 days of receipt, stating whether we accept the complaint. You may also send a written complaint to Portami, I. Struge 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
Croatian law governs service orders, subject to the mandatory protections below. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protection and court rights available under applicable law, including relevant protections of your country of residence, remain intact. These terms do not require you to waive access to a regulator, court or available dispute-resolution procedure.
(10) Privacy & changes
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling and browser storage. Where we process personal data on your behalf while building or operating your site, the parties must put the necessary processing agreement in place before that work begins.
Updated terms will carry a new date. Updates do not change an existing order retrospectively without agreement, except where law requires otherwise. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
