Kanna was built around a simple idea: good design should not require a complicated process, an endless series of meetings, or the budget of a large company. We wanted to create a different way for small businesses, new companies and independent people to get the kind of thoughtful design that is usually hidden behind agency retainers and long proposals. So we stripped the process back to what actually matters. You tell us about your business, what you need and where you want to go. We take that information and turn it into a clear visual direction, a brand, a website, or both. There are defined deliverables, fixed prices and one focused revision round. No calls for the sake of calls, no account managers between you and the work, and no deliberately complicated process designed to make a project feel bigger than it is. The idea is not to make design cheaper by caring less about it.
It is to make it more accessible by changing how it is produced. We use better tools, smaller systems and a deliberately focused way of working so that more of the time and budget can go into the actual design. Every project still begins with a real business, a real problem and a person trying to put something into the world. That part should never feel automated or generic. A website should feel like it belongs to the company behind it. An identity should give a business a voice before anyone reads a single sentence. The details still matter: typography, proportion, movement, hierarchy, language and the small decisions that make something feel considered rather than assembled.

What is kanna.one?
A simple way to get a professionally designed website or brand without the traditional agency process or price.
Who is it for?
Small businesses, new companies and independent professionals who need to look professional and get moving.
Do we need to have a call?
Usually not. Our brief gives us everything we need to start. If something important is missing, we'll get in touch.
Project
What do I get?
Choose Website, Brand or Both. Everything included in each package is listed clearly before you order.
How long does it take?
Most projects are completed within days. Timing depends on the project and how quickly we receive everything we need from you.
How do I follow the project?
After ordering, you'll get a private project space where you can follow progress, review work, leave feedback and access your final files.
Can I see my website before it goes live?
Yes. You'll be able to review your website before anything is launched.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. Every website includes a kanna.one subdomain, such as yourbusiness.kanna.one, so you can launch without buying a domain. If you already own a custom domain, we can connect it instead. Custom-domain registration is separate.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is currently included with Website and Both, with no recurring hosting charge. You don’t need to arrange it separately. A custom .com, .hr or other domain must be owned or purchased separately. This is not a lifetime or unlimited-hosting offer.
Payment & Revisions
How many revisions are included?
One revision round is included. Simply collect your feedback and send all requested changes together.
What if I need more changes?
No problem. Additional revisions can be arranged separately, and we'll always confirm the cost first.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You pay the price shown for your package. If you request something outside the included scope, we'll agree on the cost before doing any additional work.
When do I pay?
Payment is made when you submit your project, so we can get started right away.
Can I cancel my project or request a refund?
Because every project is made specifically for you, cancellation and refunds depend on how much work has already been completed. If you ask us to begin work during any applicable withdrawal period and later cancel, you may be charged for the work completed up to that point. Once the service has been fully completed, cancellation may no longer be possible where permitted by applicable law and where the required prior express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained.
